Need Housing

I'm currently staying in Xela and looking to come to San Pedro in about two weeks.I'm looking for a 1 bedroom with all included.I only plan on staying a month,but from some of the people I meet there they had only planned on staying a fews days have been there for years.So this could be long term? Anyways thanks in advance,Chris.
